Gymnastics Marketing Campaign

Social media

Side note: Gymcats Gymnastics is under new ownership, and so the titles on Facebook now say “Pak” gymnastics

These are some examples of social media posts with various campaign types. The Summer Camp post was part of a larger campaign of print and email advertisements for the camp. Olympic years are a great opportunity to grow the program and inspire excitement for both camp and the Olympics. Coming back post-COVID we had a very successful camp with Olympic themes. We also used this theme for our yearly Summer Recital and included a free T-shirt with the required leotard, thus creating an additional advertising opportunity. Both programs keep our summer enrollment up during what is typically a slower season.

The other posts are for different events and programs, open gym reminders, new classes, and just engagement.

These are a few examples of things we did during COVID. We sent out online class schedules. You can see that we had Zoom classes for students to take online with coaches, either in the gym or at home. When we were able to open up for in-person classes, we got the word out through email and social media campaigns.

Email marketing

The email below is a Hubspot recreation of the Welcome Email for new members. It offers helpful information that was also given in print if needed. We used ConstantContact and eventually Mailchimp and ConvertKit.

One way I engaged current members was to send out monthly newsletters with information on themes, tips, coach and student spotlights, and important dates. Often, I included holiday themes. Below are a few examples.
